Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Description: This position is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the company’s expanding line of wholesale products. This includes working with the rest of the executive team to develop appropriate products to sell, creating pricing, promotional and other activation strategies, calling on customer accounts directly, and building out and managing a network of brokers and merchandisers. This role will also focus on building a strategy for the overall growth for the company, leading and coaching a high performing team, driving best-in-class sales and operational processes / systems, and ensuring the implementation of brand presence. Over time and as the company’s sales grow, we expect this person to build out his or her team internally as well. The position requires strong sales skills and interpersonal dexterity to manage brand performance across the country. The position reports to the three founders of the company.
