Our Method
A lot of patience, love... and very good ingredients

Our sippable bone broth starts with only quality ingredients. We source our bones from farms here in Northern California and Oregon that care about their animals and make sure they are raised the way they were intended... happy animals that are raised with standards that go beyond organic to provide us with the base of our bone broth.

Next, we take those pasture raised ingredients, and combine them with organic veggies, spices and filtered water and set it to simmer for the next 24-36 hrs. This process yields a flavorful, gelatin rich and nutrient dense sippable bone broth that is beyond any other bone broth you've ever tasted, we guarantee it! Our bone broths are paleo and gluten free, with no added flavorings, sodium (we don't add any salt actually) or preservatives.

FAQs

What is the difference between Classic Bone Broth and AIP Compliant Bone Broths?

The only difference is in the ingredients. Our AIP Compliant bone broths are made without onion, garlic, peppercorns and tomatoes. They are meant to be gentler in both flavor and on the digestive system for people with food sensitivities.

How is Osso Good Bone Broth Different?

Osso Good bone broths are made to be sippable, but don't let that discourage you from using them in whatever recipe you want to add a little umami! Because we wanted to make it a truly sippable bone broth, we make it a little differently than your grandmother made it, but retain the same age old techniques she used. Every Osso Good sippable bone broth starts with roasting pastured beef and chicken bones, beef shank and organic veggies. Next it's set to simmer for 24-48 hours to extract as many nutrients and minerals as possible to give you a delicious, bold and extremely nutritious elixir anytime.

What makes it Osso Good?

Our broths are made with only the best ingredients from Northern California farms that raise their animals with responsible practices. The bones for our bone broths are always grass fed, pasture raised, hormone free, and ridiculously good tasting. Osso Good sippable bone broth is a fast and easy way to get healthy fats, proteins and nutrients, while also supporting small family run farms.

How does my purchase support family farms?

We believe in using the whole animal, bones make up roughly 25% of the hanging weight of an animal which generally are just thrown away as compost or waste. Using bones provides a greater economic return for the farm and helps us produce some of the best bone broth out there.
