Excerpt from San Francisco Weekly Product Review... adding simmering onions, carrots, celery, thyme, peppercorns and bay leaves into the pot makes this stuff taste more like a clarified country stew than a trendy urban remedy. I love this broth! Osso Good is great cold, or warm, or hot. I like all the temperatures. Sometimes I lightly boil a sliced avocado in the broth to soften it, especially if it isn’t fully ripe. The broth is so versatile, can do anything, go with anything. I like to combine it with things that seem obvious, and things that might seem far-fetched. Haven't made a single bad-choice yet.

In January 2015, I nearly lost my life due to a series of complications from a flu virus, or at least, that’s the conclusion western medicine gave me.
