As an endurance athlete, I'm constantly pushing my body to the limits. Good nutrition plays a crucial role in my ability to train (and race!) happily, healthily, and consistently. Without question, discovering Osso Good Bone Broth has made a significant and positive impact on my running.

Sustaining 70-80 mile weeks on the trail (with ~12,000-15,000 feet of climbing) requires healthy joints and a healthy gut. Since incorporating bone broth into my diet, I've truly never felt better. It's almost a "secret weapon" of sorts, enabling me to run my very best. I'm so glad to have a high-quality, locally-sourced bone broth available here in Mill Valley. Thank you for creating such a tremendous product and making it so readily available. I'm likely known as the "bone broth girl" down at Coyote Coffee, as it's always my first stop post-long-run!

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I know the importance of having optimal gut health and focus on gut healing with all of my clients. I personally have suffered from a mental illness in the past and was able to fully recover only once I began to focus on healing my gut. Bone broth is a key player for gut health and healing and is something I always like to have on hand. Fortunately, Osso Good Bones has created the best tasting bone broth I have ever sipped on! I enjoy the beef and chicken broths regularly. I have never been a coffee drinker, but I always like to have a warm cup of something to drink in the mornings - Osso Good Bones is my drink of choice!

I couldn’t be more excited to get this special delivery! We all know how much i drink bone broth and how i insist my clients do too, but I really don’t like making it. Like top 3 least favorite kitchen duties (in competition with cutting butternut and cleaning up after making cauli-rice). So, to have somebody else do it for me, with the same high quality standards in their bones that I do is pure heaven. Thank you! I can’t wait for my nightcap tonight!

Excerpt from San Francisco Weekly Product Review... adding simmering onions, carrots, celery, thyme, peppercorns and bay leaves into the pot makes this stuff taste more like a clarified country stew than a trendy urban remedy. While some other bone broths are perfectly fortifying, they typically benefit from a pinch of salt, yet Osso Good's is wonderful as is.

I love this broth! Osso Good is great cold, or warm, or hot. I like all the temperatures. Sometimes I lightly boil a sliced avocado in the broth to soften it, especially if it isn’t fully ripe. The broth is so versatile, can do anything, go with anything. I like to combine it with things that seem obvious, and things that might seem far-fetched. Haven't made a single bad-choice yet.

In January 2015, I nearly lost my life due to a series of complications from a flu virus, or at least, that’s the conclusion western medicine gave me. In a hospital environment, I lost 20 pounds I did not have to lose, had sepsis and pneumonia, and things even worse. After 10 days in the hospital, I realized I was getting worse, not better. As an athlete, I felt I understood my health better than anyone else. To the dismay of many, I kicked myself out of the hospital, “AMA,” against medical advice, effectively signing my life to my care. Protocol for healing my way, was through nutrition, hydration, and natural remedies. My nutrition plan included more protein that I was accustomed to, and I added Osso Good bone broth several times a day. I recovered my health and weight within 3 weeks of leaving the hospital, defying western medicine doctors and theory. Bone broth addresses in natural fashion most ailments one hopes to remedy. Personally, I needed to rebuild after severe anemia. Now in maintenance mode, and frankly, healthier and stronger than ever, I drink Osso Good bone broth for my joints as an athlete, and to continue overall health support. As I see it, bone broth offers an easy, cost-effective, natural remedy for all that ails you. I don’t believe in gimmicks, fancy diets, or supplements - I believe in the real thing - and from my perspective, Osso Good bone broth is a must do for lasting health and youth!

If you haven’t had luck making homemade bone broth, like myself, Osso Good is for you! Used the chicken broth for chicken soup and it turned out great! I couldn’t get my husband to sip on the bone broth alone, so I made soup with it. He couldn’t stop talking about how much he loved it. We love the product and the friends I share it with fall in love with it too! Thank you!

I just finished the last of my Osso Good, both flavors are so delicious!! My husband and I both added a little sea salt, which we thought really brought out the flavors...but we also both really like salt ;) I really think you have an amazing product here! I work with food coaching clients who are always looking for places to buy broth, so I’ll definitely be sending them your way!
